Responsibilities
As a psychologist/social worker/behavioral scientist with us, you will also act as an organizational consultant, providing broad support to our clients in the area of organizational and social work environment. On behalf of our clients, you will carry out interventions at the individual, group, and organizational levels and provide feedback on results.
You have a good understanding of the connections between individuals, groups, and organizations, as well as how they can impact the work environment in various ways. You have the ability to understand different organizations' conditions and challenges and can recognize and meet diverse needs. You see the links between interventions and effects to achieve results and can independently identify business opportunities, create good client relationships, and thereby secure new assignments.
Main tasks:
- Treatment, support, and advice in the area of organizational and social work environment (e.g., assessment conversations, individual counseling support, rehabilitation, stress management, etc.).
- Guidance for individuals and groups.
- Conflict management.
- Mapping of organizational and social work environment.
- Training and lectures.
- Group development.
- Support for managers.
Desired qualifications/competencies
You are a licensed psychologist, social worker, or behavioral scientist with Level 1 training in CBT and have several years of documented relevant work experience, preferably from occupational health care, primary care, or similar fields. You are comfortable meeting people both digitally and physically, individually and in groups.
It is advantageous if you have experience and a good ability to conduct training and lectures.

Your workplace will be Mariestad, but your area of work will be Skaraborg, as we have clients in all municipalities of Skaraborg. Work will primarily take place in our own facilities but also on-site at our client companies across various industries. Travel for work is required, so a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary.
