Are you our new health center manager?
Avonova is seeking a manager for one of our health centers located in Örebro. Together with a friendly, engaged, and competent team of specialists, we offer a developing work environment. We work with various client companies across different industries, and you will be part of a team that spans multiple locations: Örebro, Köping, Eskilstuna, and Strängnäs.
We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in customer-oriented work, is business-minded, has self-drive, and enjoys working in a team. You are inspired by seeing your operations grow and develop and are interested in active and close leadership.
You have a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment, as well as experience in a leadership position within a similar field. You possess excellent leadership qualities and the ability to create conditions that enhance employee motivation.
The work is diverse and includes coaching consulting managers and employees, ensuring they have the right conditions to succeed in their assignments, and building and developing relationships with the unit's clients. You will play a key role in driving the development of operations and creating long-term, sustainable business relationships.
Together with the management team and the sales organization, you will work to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities. You will also support the employees at the health center so that they can take an active role in client work.
One of our key objectives is to work with a holistic approach and a consultative mindset in all our assignments. A central part of the role is also to coordinate deliveries within Stockholm in collaboration with other health centers to ensure quality and efficiency in our efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full responsibility for employees, budget, and results
- Managing quality, environmental, and work environment issues and creating effective operational planning
- Actively participating in client work alongside sales personnel, colleagues, and area managers to create and develop existing and new business opportunities
- Being part of the management team for the Stockholm area and reporting to the area manager
- Optimizing occupancy, results, and customer satisfaction for the entire Greater Stockholm area through close collaboration with other health centers in Stockholm
- Strengthening the customer experience as a team and being a proactive partner for our clients
- Being a key person in the effort to develop our working methods with the goal of being the best corporate health provider in the Nordic region
Qualifications
- Leadership experience managing both specialists and managers
- Experience in coaching leadership with good results
- Experience leading cross-professional teams
- Knowledge and experience in financial management
- Previously held budget and result responsibility for larger units
- Experience in sales and customer work, understanding the importance of customer focus
- Enjoys creating and developing business and has a strong ability to build relationships
- Experience from a similar industry, staffing, or consulting business
