Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for technology and a desire to make a difference? We are currently seeking a Team Leader/Group Manager for AVISEQ NMC who wants to lead our team of Systems Engineers in the area of IP Datacom.
AVISEQ operates within critical communication. We specialize in providing cost-effective services without compromising on security. We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical equipment and systems for our clients. Our largest customers operate in the fields of aviation and security and consist of government agencies as well as private and public companies.
NMC, Network Management Center, is located in Gothenburg and possesses specialist expertise in the areas of Network/Transmission and IT Infrastructure & Datacenter. NMC is also responsible for AVISEQ's NOC, which provides monitoring services 24/7, all year round.
About the Position
The Team Leader/Group Manager role is new for this growing team. The position aims to ensure close leadership where you act as a sounding board in both operational and personnel-related matters. The team will consist of approximately 15 Systems Engineers with various specialist competencies in IP and Transmission.

Your Main Responsibilities
What does the role primarily involve:
• Lead and ensure the development of the team while promoting an inclusive and positive work environment
• Personnel and financial responsibility
• Training plans and skills development
• Ensure that routines and processes are followed
• Ensure effective resource allocation
• Participate in the management team
• Act as a cohesive force within AVISEQ for working methods within the team's area of responsibility
• Responsible for customer delivery in accordance with agreements
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
• A technical higher education degree focused on network infrastructure and data communication or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience with employees possessing high technical competence
• Experience from customer-related work. Experience from operations requiring high reliability is an advantage.
• Experience in handling difficult conversations
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working within a larger operational organization is a plus
