The Authority Unit within Health is organized under the main assignment Health, which provides care, support, and service to people with disabilities and elderly with support needs. As one of our colleagues in fee administration is moving on to another assignment, we are now seeking her successor. At the Authority Unit, in addition to fee administrators, there are also administrators for Social Services for the Elderly and Social Psychiatry, LSS administrators, method developers, housing coordinators, and management support. TASKS In the role of fee administrator, you will primarily work with calculating, deciding, and administering fees according to the Social Services Act and other current legislation. Fee administration is done in the LifeCare system, but some work is also done in Raindance. More specific tasks include reviewing fee decisions, ensuring that correct fee decisions form the basis for invoices to users, and providing support and service to users, managers, and colleagues on fee management issues. You are expected to be a natural part of developing both internal working methods and task distribution, and the development work that may need to be done in relation to other parties within Health, as well as in the organization as a whole. A key partner is, for example, the municipality's accounting unit, which is organized under a different main assignment. QUALIFICATIONS You applying for the position should have at least a three-year high school education with administrative or economic orientation, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. For the position, you need to have previous experience in financial or administrative work, and if you have already worked as a fee administrator in municipal or state administration, we view this positively. You should have good knowledge of the Office package, and we would especially appreciate experience working in the LifeCare system. It is of utmost importance that you have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing and that you can easily interpret relevant legislation. Since the work largely involves close collaboration with individual users and colleagues, we believe you have a special talent for interacting with others and can collaborate successfully. You are confident and flexible and see your role in collaboration with others. You enjoy working toward established schedules and can handle periods of high workload. You have the ability to follow routines and help create efficient work methods. Furthermore, you have a professional approach, are pedagogical and thorough. You want to take responsibility for achieving results and work systematically through planning, organizing, and prioritizing work.
