Work Responsibilities
Your primary mission is to collect waste according to established route lists for our single-family and vacation home customers, as well as multi-family housing in Ludvika and Smedjebacken municipalities. You will perform the work using system support in the vehicle computer where all collections and potential deviations are registered. Work tasks also include administrative duties such as reporting errors and deficiencies. You will maintain recycling vehicles, including minor repairs, lubrication, interior and exterior washing, and checking all safety functions.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with relevant education or experience in truck driving. A driver's license with C-category authorization, valid professional competence certificate (YKB), and digital driver's card are required for the position. You should have proficiency in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and good computer skills. The work is physically demanding, so you need to be in good physical condition. Previous experience in the professional field and interest in technical vehicle work are meritorious.

Therefore, it is important that your demeanor is friendly and professional. We work closely in teams, and to succeed in this role, you need to collaborate easily, be flexible, and have the willingness to support and help your colleagues. In stressful situations, you can handle them calmly and methodically. Of course, you are a good example in traffic.

Employment Conditions
Permanent full-time position. Start date by arrangement. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 14:10, including holidays falling between Monday and Friday. You will be based at the Björnhyttan waste management facility in Ludvika.
