The Forensic Psychiatry Regional Clinic provides high-quality forensic psychiatric care and is one of the five regional clinics in the country specializing in forensic psychiatry. In addition to regional assignments, the clinic also has a national intake. Most of the clinic's patients have been referred to care by the courts. The assignment also includes receiving patients from the correctional system who are in need of psychiatric care. The clinic consists of eleven inpatient wards and one outpatient service, employing approximately 450 staff members.
The Security Center is responsible for monitoring the protected facility and controlling staff, patients, and visitors during entry and exit. The unit plays a central role in alarm situations within the organization and is in direct contact with emergency services as needed. The Security Center is staffed around the clock.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the department manager at the Security Center, you will be responsible for 18 employees. You will oversee the department's operations, personnel, finances, and work environment, and will be part of the clinic's security unit. You will work closely with the clinic's security unit and report to the unit manager of the security unit. As a department manager, you will be part of a management team with other department heads, where we collectively address operational issues to develop and strengthen our units.

During your introduction, you will be trained as a security operator to gain understanding and knowledge of the assignment, as well as the ability to act operationally if necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates with a university or college degree. You should have previous experience in management and leadership, and prior experience in security work is considered an asset. We prefer candidates who have a coaching leadership style and are comfortable delegating responsibilities to employees. You need to have a holistic view and a good ability to collaborate, structure, and set goals for the operations together with the clinic's management. You should easily build good relationships, care about a positive work climate, and embody visible, clear, and engaged leadership.

The managerial appointment will be temporary, and you will have your primary employment at the Forensic Psychiatry Regional Clinic.
