Your Role
As Head of HR Talent Supply, you will be a key player in LKAB's transformation journey. Together with your team, you will have a broad strategic responsibility, driving the company's talent supply work and developing cutting-edge HR processes in employer branding, talent management, leadership development, and diversity.
You will lead an experienced team including a Talent Acquisition Manager, HRBP, and strategists in talent supply, leadership development, employee development, and inclusion. The department consists of approximately 20 employees. You will be part of LKAB's HR and Communications Management Group and report to the HR and Communications Director.

As a leader, you are strategic and able to develop long-term HR processes and strategies to achieve the company's vision and goals. You build relationships and promote collaboration, both within your team and cross-functionally, and are a natural ambassador for talent supply issues throughout the LKAB Group. You make well-founded decisions even in complex situations and lead with clarity and confidence. Furthermore, you inspire innovation and have the ability to transform change into concrete results that strengthen the organization long-term.
Additionally, you need to have:
- College or university degree in HR or equivalent education
- Several years of leadership and strategic HR experience in talent supply, employer branding, talent management, and diversity
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- B driver's license
