Do you want to help shape the future of the world's mining and mineral industry? **Your Role** The Operations Support department enables a safe, efficient, and large-scale mining operation by developing and managing the infrastructure, environments, and services that make the industrial area safe, functional, and attractive for employees and visitors. The role entails overall responsibility for approximately 130 employees in the areas of properties, industrial area, waste and environment, transport, security, and traffic. Together with managers and employees, the operations will continue to develop with a strong customer focus, good collaboration, and a proactive approach. The function is a natural part of the management teams for both the Kiruna area and the Operations Support department and is also represented in steering groups related to environment, production, and development programs. The position is based in Kiruna. **What You Bring** You are a confident, engaged, and present leader with a good understanding of industrial processes and operational organizations.
