ABOUT THE ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
The department in Jönköping/Skara consists of 9 vehicles and 13 employees, including a transport manager/department head based in Jönköping. To enable expansion, we are now separating the department head/transport manager role, where the current person will transition into a more specialized transport manager position. Against this background, we are now seeking a department head.
As department head in Jönköping/Skara, you will focus on leading and developing our operations towards increased profitability and growth. This will be achieved through close collaboration with transport management in Jönköping, as well as other departments. We also maintain close cooperation with other companies and support functions within the group.
Your primary tasks/areas of responsibility will be:
• Ensuring efficient operation of transport activities.
• Overall responsibility for personnel and finances within the department.
• Ensuring all transports, consignment notes, and settlements are handled correctly and on time.
• Overall responsibility for vehicles and equipment being in good condition within the department, including handling traffic and cargo damage.
• Ensuring that services and inspections within the department are performed on time and documented.
• Leading and developing the business and areas of operation in Jönköping/Skara towards expansion and increased profitability.

ABOUT THE POSITION
- Location: Jönköping
- This is a permanent full-time position. We have a collective agreement.
