About this role

Administrator for the Planning and Investment Department Are you looking for a varied and social job where you can be the central point of contact and support both managers and colleagues? We are now seeking an administrator for the Planning and Investment Department. Here you will become part of a network of administrators within the administration and contribute to the smooth functioning of our daily operations. The Planning and Investment Department works to develop, plan, and implement the city's investments in streets, parks, and other public environments. We are responsible for creating plans and projects that contribute to a sustainable, safe, and attractive urban environment – from early ideas to completed facilities. Work Tasks As an administrator, you will provide service and support to managers and employees. The role includes: - Managing invoices, purchases, and orders in Proceedo - Ordering IT equipment, permissions, and ID06 for new employees - Supporting managers in Personec (personnel system) - Taking meeting notes and minutes - Planning and booking travel, conferences, and supplier meetings - Participating in inaugurations and other department activities - Providing daily service and being the contact point for department inquiries Qualifications We are seeking candidates who have: - Administrative education at high school level or equivalent experience - At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role - Experience with administrative work and good knowledge of Office 365 - Experience with payroll and financial systems (Personec is a merit) - Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is an advantage if you have worked with purchasing, personnel administration, or in public sector. You are a meticulous and service-oriented person who enjoys having many contacts and varied tasks. You plan your work well, are self-motivated, and collaborate easily. Terms Our workplace at Köpmansgatan 20 is currently being renovated, where all urban development administrations will be gathered. The new premises are expected to be ready in 2026; until then, we are located at Postgatan 10.
