We are seeking a driven group leader who wants to take responsibility for an exciting assignment in central Stockholm.
About the Position

In this role, you will have a central position in the operations where you lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve common goals. As a group leader, you are responsible for planning and organizing work tasks and creating effective work methods. You will also contribute to developing employee skills and following up on results. This is a role where you can combine leadership, structure, and service, and where your work truly makes a difference.
The position is a permanent full-time employment during daytime hours (we apply a 6-month probationary period) with a work location in Stockholm. Start date to be agreed upon.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has an aptitude for managing the group leader role and wants to develop their leadership skills. You have the ability to work independently as naturally as working with others. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for both daily operations and staff development. You have a structured work approach and a good ability to communicate and inspire your team.
Ability to be flexible and adapt your approach to solving emerging situations in the best way possible. Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured in your work method, as reporting and collaboration with management functions and customers occur extensively. You should have experience working with intrusion and access control systems, as this is a central part of the job duties.
Requirements for Applicants:
In addition to the personal qualities we seek, you need to meet the following basic requirements to be qualified for the position:
• Security guard basic training (VU1 + VU2)
• At least 1 year of experience from work in the security industry
• High school education with approved results in Swedish and English
• Proficient Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Very good administrative & technical skills
It is meritorious if you have experience in a similar position or have a facility management certification. We place great importance on your personal maturity and competencies deemed relevant to the position.
Additionally, you need to be unincriminated*, drug-free, have organized finances, and good health and physical condition to be employed at Avarn Security.
*All personnel at an authorized security company must be approved upon review regarding law-abidingness, civic reliability, and overall suitability. For the approval authority's review of a person's law-abidingness and civic reliability, information from criminal records, suspect registers, or processed by the Security Police under the Police Data Processing Act will be obtained.
