About the job as a Security Project Manager
Are you a technology-oriented, organized, and communicative project manager looking to develop in an exciting industry? Then you might be the one we are looking for. As a Project Manager in Security, you will lead a team consisting of designers, technicians, and subcontractors. You will report to your production manager and will also be part of a team with other project managers.
Together with clients, subcontractors, and end customers, you and your team will carry out security installations of alarms, access control, CCTV, and integrated systems. You will have overall responsibility for professional handling and project management of our assignments. Your tasks will include project planning, procurement, and continuous coordination, management, and follow-up of the work. The workplace may vary, with possible locations in Karlshamn, Karlskrona, or Kalmar.
Workplace: Southeast
Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00
Duration: Full-time, ongoing. A six-month probationary period may apply.
Start date: By agreement.

• Have experience as a project manager, either as a contractor or designer, and are familiar with procuring and managing installation contracts
• Have knowledge of budgeting and financial follow-up
• Are a team player who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and accustomed to working towards set goals
• Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and customer-centric
• Have the willingness to actively participate in improvement work for continuous quality development
• Hold a valid driver's license (B)
• Are a Swedish citizen
It is advantageous if you also:
• Are a certified engineer
• Have training in Bas P, Bas U
• Have training in EL-BAM
• Have leadership training

The recruitment process
