We are currently seeking a Site Manager for an existing stationary client in Västmanland and Södermanland. This advertisement is aimed at an existing stationary client with sites in several locations in Mälardalen. You will work with team leaders and security guards, responsible for ensuring that the teams meet set goals and criteria. We work closely with our client, who has high demands on our delivery and service execution, while this is also an exciting and challenging assignment. You will collaborate with the client and their contractors in daily operations, where the focus on physical security is the highest priority. An interest in technology and good English skills, both spoken and written, are required.
You will, among other things, lead morning meetings with the on-duty team leaders, distribute tasks and responsibilities, and receive information about any issues in the various teams, while also assisting where needed. This is to enhance our client's security and prevent incidents, as well as to promote a safer environment. You will grow together with your teams in the challenges you face daily – alongside the broad expertise within the teams.
What we are looking for:
You need to be a person who can lead and manage staff. You should enjoy being proactive and preferably come up with your own initiatives. Being driven, engaged, and willing to develop will take you far.
Additionally, based on experience and knowledge of the assignment, you should continuously find and suggest improvements and developments to the assignment and its execution, aiming to deliver value to the client. Simply put, be an advisory partner to the client as well as to your own organization.
Work location: Eskilstuna
Duration: Full-time weekdays, but some evening work may occur.
Start date: By agreement
Our requirements for this position are that you, as an applicant, must have:
- Legal age and be without a criminal record, according to FAP 573-2
- Be drug-free
- High school diploma
- Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Good health and physical condition
- Organized finances
- A valid driver's license (B)
- For this position, proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required
It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education, leadership training, and preferably several years of work experience in a leadership position. Security guard training (VU1 + VU2) is beneficial for understanding the operations.
