Our client is seeking a senior physicist for an exciting and challenging position in measurement technology. You have a passion for laboratory work, data analysis, and evaluation. The position is located near Varberg, a few miles from Gothenburg. It is advantageous to live nearby, but weekly commuting is also perfectly acceptable (we will assist you with all practical arrangements!).
What is required:
A long-standing post-secondary education in physics, such as nuclear physics, hospital physics, or radiophysics, preferably at the master's level or higher. Knowledge and experience in laboratory and measurement work, both through studies and professionally. Familiarity with or expertise in ISOCS, gamma cameras, and data analysis and evaluation is desirable. Knowledge, experience, and interest in nuclide-specific measurements, pulse rate measurements, and clearance of materials are also significant advantages. Experience in nuclear power is highly meritorious. We primarily seek candidates with senior experience, but if you have a few years of relevant experience, you are also warmly welcome to apply.
Who you are as a person:
Calm, secure, and interested in your field. Flexible. You enjoy working in a team but also want to take your own initiatives and work independently to thrive. Despite your work experience, you approach learning and further development with humility and curiosity. A strong sense of responsibility.
What you will receive:
An exciting position where you will have the opportunity to further develop in your field. Be part of a high-tech and socially significant area.
When:
By agreement.
Other:
The nature of the work requires that you, as a candidate, need to be on-site for a significant part of the time, but flexibility exists. Weekly commuting is possible.
