As part of the after-sales team, you will be a key player in developing existing automation and robotic solutions. You will drive troubleshooting, service, maintenance, optimization, and upgrades while maintaining customer contacts. This will give you both breadth and specialist competencies, as no assignment is the same. As robotic technology evolves rapidly, after-sales is often involved in implementing new solutions, retrofits, and improvements – making the job dynamic and future-oriented. You will collaborate with development, production, sales, and support, gaining insight into the entire operation and the opportunity to influence the product lifecycle. The role involves approximately 120 travel days where you independently contact and visit interesting clients. The remaining time will be spent in the automation workshop in Örebro. - PLC, Robot, and HMI systems - Revision of existing pneumatic and electrical schematics - Structured working methods and clear processes **Your Profile** We are seeking an experienced automation specialist with strong analytical skills and technical competence. In this role, you will work independently on troubleshooting and problem-solving for clients, where you methodically identify and address technical challenges. You have the ability to devise clear solutions and deliver high-quality results, contributing to long-term customer satisfaction. We value your attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to document your work in a structured manner. You should have relevant education and/or experience in industrial automation, preferably with knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
