**Automation & Electrical Engineer – Consulting Assignment with a Large International Client** **Location:** Lund (SE) **Scope:** 40 hours/week **Remote Work:** 0% (possibility of 1–2 days/week if needed) **Period:** December 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026 **Application Deadline:** November 28, 2025, at 23:59 **Assignment** We are currently seeking a mid-level Automation & Electrical Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with a world-leading player in industrial process and packaging solutions. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team that delivers complete automation solutions for advanced production and packaging equipment. You will work closely with both automation and process engineers and play a central role in developing, testing, and commissioning systems that meet the client's technical needs. **Your Main Responsibilities** - Programming, testing, and commissioning of automation systems. - Development and modification of PLC, HMI, and database systems. - System design as well as analysis of requirements and functions. - Customer support, troubleshooting, and training of customer personnel. - Delivery of solutions tailored to product variations and customer-specific needs. - Active collaboration in a project team of approximately 10 people and an automation organization of about 30 engineers. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has** - A bachelor's or master's degree in automation engineering or equivalent. - Experience across the entire development chain – documentation, development, testing, and commissioning. - Strong competence in PLC programming. - Experience from larger companies and complex project environments. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. **Meritorious** - Experience from similar industrial corporations. - Rockwell Automation. - EPLAN. **Personal Attributes** You are curious, solution-oriented, and have a strong drive to develop.
