Diamond Power is now seeking a dedicated Automation or Instrumentation Technician to work with advanced IR cameras, sensors, and control systems – in close collaboration with both workshop and customer.

About the Role
As an Automation or Instrumentation Technician at Diamond Power, you'll have a varied and technically challenging role with significant personal responsibility. Work takes place both in the Skutskär workshop and at customer sites, where you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced systems.
You'll become a key person in the company's camera and diagnostics department, collaborating closely with colleagues from various parts of the organization. Together, you'll ensure high quality, operational reliability, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the camera and diagnostics department, including order compilation and delivery assurance
• Install, maintain, and repair advanced camera systems (mechanical and electrical)
• Ensure correct calibration and functioning of systems and equipment
• Identify and resolve issues in sensors, detectors, and control systems
• Handle IP addresses and communication related to system deliveries
• Review and update electrical and instrumentation drawings and operational procedures

Required Qualifications:
• Relevant education in electrical, automation, or instrumentation technology
• Several years of experience as an instrumentation or automation technician, preferably in an industrial environment
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, assembly, and repair of technical equipment
• Understanding of electrical safety regulations and ability to stay updated on new requirements
• Valid driver's license (B-class)
