We are currently about 40 committed employees who together possess an incredible knowledge bank within our product areas. Now we are seeking a couple of part-time employees who will primarily work in sales and customer service in our store. About the Role As a store sales associate, you will provide each customer with a top-tier and professional experience in both advice and product sales. You will strive to give every customer an inspiring experience in our store. In addition to sales and customer service, you will work on restocking, price tagging, product display, and maintaining store organization. Who Are We Looking For? For the sales associate role, we require knowledge and genuine interest in one of our product areas: optics, hunting, shooting, outdoor, and fishing. We want you to have experience in service, sales, or customer interaction. We value that you are inspiring and skilled at meeting the customer where they are in their journey. Additional Information We are seeking part-time staff who can work approximately 1-2 days per week, primarily Saturdays, and during peak seasons. Applications will be processed on an ongoing basis.
