Assistant Spa Manager for the Japanese Bath at Yasuragi The unique Japanese bath at Yasuragi is the heart of our operations. We are now seeking an Assistant Spa Manager who will play a key role in the ongoing development of our treatment department. About the Role: In this role, you will primarily work operationally and lead our treatment team. You enjoy being part of the daily operations and love interacting with people. The role requires you to be structured, organized, and have a good understanding of finance. You also need to be solution-oriented, a good relationship builder, and enjoy collaborating with others. You will be the right hand of our Spa Manager and work closely with the team to lead and develop the Japanese bath in accordance with the company's values and concept, but above all, our guests' wishes. We offer everything from signature treatments to more classic options such as massages and facials, aimed at providing guests with an unforgettable treatment experience. Sales are close to your heart, and you are passionate about delivering first-class service. We are looking for someone with the following experience and knowledge: - Qualified skin and/or massage therapist. - At least five years of experience in spa or treatment operations. - At least two years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility. - Excellent leadership skills. - Budget and result responsibility. - Scheduling and staffing. - Development of product and treatment offerings. - Recruitment and onboarding of new employees. - Development of individuals and teams. - Purchasing, inventory management, and stocktaking. - Performing treatments. - Fluent in Swedish and/or English. Desirable skills and experiences: - Good product knowledge. - Additional training in wellness. The position is: Full-time. Working hours are primarily weekdays but also include regular and/or as needed evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Yasuragi applies a 6-month probationary period.
