Job Pitch
Are you a service professional who wants to contribute to fantastic customer experiences? In #teamlidl, we help each other succeed. And we grow together. We are now looking for a committed store salesperson with extended responsibilities, or as we say—an assistant sales leader—who wants to rock 30 hours a week with us!
Your Role
As an assistant sales leader at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You are expected to be a role model in daily store operations, ensuring that our stores maintain high standards and exceed customer expectations every day. Additionally, your role includes being a good colleague and supporting the team towards excellent results.
The role includes tasks such as:
• Ensuring and delivering excellent customer service in the store
• Participating in daily tasks in a commendable manner, which includes unpacking goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked, ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products, maintaining cleanliness in the store, and assisting customers at the checkout
• Contributing to the store's adherence to our core principles of customer-friendliness, product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and profitability
• Supporting the training of new colleagues
• Taking on greater responsibility for store operations, including key performance indicators, when the store manager and sales leader are not present
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good sense for customer service, and is a skilled problem solver. You enjoy planning and leading work, driven by results-oriented outcomes and contributing to the store's success in a fast-paced environment. It is an advantage if you aspire to develop into a leadership position within store operations in the future.
• We view experience in a service-oriented industry as a positive attribute
• You are flexible with your working hours and have a positive attitude towards change
• You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
We Offer
You will work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. As we grow, you can grow. Quickly. Within your role or toward another one. In the same location or elsewhere. Within stores, warehouses, or offices. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you in your journey toward more responsibility and new challenges. You will be part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps each other. You will receive everything from wellness benefits, parental leave supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, as well as numerous offers through our benefits portal. Of course, you will also be covered by a collective agreement and occupational pension.
