About the Position
As the Assistant Location Manager, you will be a key person in the daily operations of our facility. You will work closely with the Location Manager to ensure that the operations run smoothly, the staff is motivated, and the members receive the best experience every time they walk through the door.
The position is part-time at 50% with varying working hours, including evenings.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Location Manager in the daily operations of the facility
• Be a role model for the team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Actively work with member service and sales (membership cards, personal training, retail)
• Help with scheduling and staffing
• Contribute to planning and executing activities and events
• Monitor the condition of the facility and ensure a pleasant environment
• Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Lead group training or introductions as needed

• Has previous experience in service roles (preferably within the fitness industry)
• Is a confident and responsible person with the ability to lead others
• Enjoys working towards goals and likes to see results

• Appreciates structure, is solution-oriented, and dares to take initiative
• Is flexible and not afraid to pitch in where needed
• Holds a B driver's license (meritorious)
