We are seeking migration assistants for Citizenship Unit 6 in Gothenburg.

What does a migration assistant do?
As a migration assistant, you will independently and in consultation with your team colleagues perform tasks related to administrative support for case management. The work includes contact with the public and, where applicable, other authorities. You will work with registering and handling letters and applications, as well as managing documents and files in document and case management systems. You will handle mail, archive, and release public documents after confidentiality assessment. You will submit to court and support case processing. Additionally, you will work with various administrative tasks that may change continuously. You will also perform tasks assigned by the unit manager.
Who are you?
We are seeking someone who is structured and can independently plan and organize work efficiently, even under high workload. You are service-oriented and accommodating in your approach towards colleagues, applicants, and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you have good collaborative skills, are attentive, and resolve conflicts constructively. You are clear in your communication and ensure that messages are understood and expectations are clear for all involved parties. You can switch between different tasks and step in where needs arise. You can respond to complex inquiries where staying updated on new routines is continuous. You have the ability to learn quickly and are stress-resistant when work accumulates.

You who apply should have:
- High school education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Good communication skills and express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Experience of administrative work deemed relevant by the employer
- Experience working with digital tools and systems
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience working in state or public sector
- Experience communicating with the public
- Experience working in complex environments with changing conditions
