As an assistant in our Authority Department, SVU/Short-term Unit, you will have an important administrative and coordinating function in the operation. You will contribute to creating structure and efficiency in daily work and provide support to both the section and the unit. The role involves working broadly with planning, follow-up, and administrative tasks, in close collaboration with colleagues and managers. We are a team that enjoys working together very well. The team you will work in consists of 10 social welfare administrators, 5 nurses, 3 occupational therapists, and 3 physiotherapists, as well as an assistant, all possessing different experiences that enrich the group. Job Responsibilities As an assistant with us, you have a coordinating role supporting the section in daily work and collaborating closely with your two assistant colleagues within the unit. The role is developing and may change over time based on operational needs. A central part of the assignment is internal resource planning and staff placement. You will set up and update staff placements in our internal tool and administer sick leave and planned time off within your own section. You will also ensure that staffing is correct for each operational area. The work also includes following up case flow, compiling weekly statistics and reporting to responsible parties. You will also coordinate logistics for user meetings, including booking SIP meetings and ensuring appropriate resources. Additionally, you will handle incoming cases in Mina planer, registering hospital admissions and forwarding cases to the right team. Qualifications To succeed in the role of assistant with us, you need to enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with the team. You are structured, responsible, and drive your tasks to completion within given timeframes. The work requires you to prioritize and adapt when conditions change. You have a genuine interest in service and interact with colleagues, users, and relatives in a professional and respectful manner. Requirements: • Approved high school education • At least 2 years of experience in a coordinating/administrative role • At least 1 year of experience in staffing planning and comprehensive personnel planning • Comfortable using computers as a work tool and ability to quickly learn new programs and systems • Good knowledge of Office suite (e.g., Excel) • Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written Meriting: • Previous work in municipal sector • Experience with systems Mina planer, Lifecare Procapita and Procapita handläggare [Rest of the document remains the same as in the original Swedish text]
