About the Role
As Rituals' new Assistant Shop Manager, you strive to transform your store into a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and your customers love to shop. This includes:
• Driving store performance by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and effective routines.
• Being the Shop Manager's right-hand and ready to take over Shop Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Supporting your colleagues to reach their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a great role model.
• Building a culture of trust with your Shop Manager, based on positive and constructive feedback.

Requirements
As Assistant Shop Manager, you inspire your team and collectively achieve the store's goals for customer satisfaction and sales. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. Additionally, you have:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail or customer service.
• Good ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership.
• Collaborative, attentive, and communicative.
• Good systems and computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years or older.
