Foodora Market continues to grow, develop, and expand at an extremely rapid pace! We are currently breaking new ground in the entire grocery retail industry. We provide so-called Dmarts (darkstores) and ensure that our customers receive their goods within minutes from a broad selection of groceries. Cool, right?
We are currently seeking an Assistant Grocery Store Manager for foodora market in Stockholm. No two days will be the same, that we can guarantee! Here, you will show and teach our employees how to best perform their work in a grocery store and how to work efficiently and smartly within order picking. Furthermore, you will support the store manager with staff scheduling, conduct motivational conversations, and be responsible for recruiting pickers. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) DO
• Support the store manager in the overall responsibility for the store's operations and daily activities
• Support the store manager in leading and distributing work, coaching and training the store's team, and working together to create both a pleasant workplace and optimize the store's results
• Assist the store manager in implementing food safety, systematic work environment management, staff meetings, employee discussions, personnel administration, etc.
• Assist the store manager in leading and planning ongoing work with both personnel and budget fulfillment, including staffing, scheduling, recruitment, product orders, and inventory management

• Responsible - As this is a new initiative and you will be driving the store, we want someone who enjoys a responsible role
• Unpretentious - You will be doing both high and low tasks, so we hope you are unpretentious!
• Good collaboration skills - Since you will be responsible for your team in the store, we believe you are a real star when it comes to creating good collaborations
• Flexible - We are a fast-moving company, so we hope you enjoy an (extremely) rapidly changing environment!
QUALIFICATIONS
• Perhaps you have previous experience as an assistant store manager, warehouse manager, team leader, or maybe you have worked in a store/warehouse and want additional responsibilities?
• You are a master when it comes to efficiency in order picking, which you are more than happy to coach staff in
• Previous personnel management experience is meritorious
• A post-secondary education relevant to the position is seen as a merit
• Previous experience in the food industry is also meritorious
• You can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
