About the Position:
We are looking for a customer- and service-oriented unit manager for our department in Stockholm. We prefer that you have previously worked as a manager in the assistance sector and possess relevant higher education. You will work closely with the operations manager, CEO, and other managers. As a unit manager, you will be the primary contact person for both the clients and the personal assistants. You are service-oriented and understand the value of close and frequent customer contact. You have experience in recruitment and scheduling and are accustomed to interacting with individuals with disabilities.
We are looking for someone who is an experienced and entrepreneurial individual, preferably with experience in outreach activities, meaning contacting potential clients and managing them. In addition to direct clients, you will meet various authorities, municipalities, and regions, as well as partners, and represent us in different contexts. You should have experience in the industry along with the associated legislation and regulations. You must be able to work independently, have a strong drive, be sociable, and possess the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
In our work, we focus on the customer and the individual, where operations are characterized by flexibility, responsiveness, and always prioritizing the customer's needs and wishes. You should be service-oriented, have ease with documentation, and understand the importance of maintaining close and good customer contact.
We are looking for someone who can start relatively quickly, but the start date for the position is negotiable. A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are advantageous.
