Your Role
As an Asset Manager, you will work in cross-functional networks to plan, report, and take actions that ensure facility infrastructure and operations remain robust and efficient - even in crisis situations. You will contribute to defining and developing Aeronautics facilities for future needs. Simultaneously, you will lead Business Continuity Management (BCM) work to strengthen preparedness and reduce risks at Tannefors and other facilities.
You will become part of a small, supportive team with clear goals and strong delivery focus. Asset Management, which is part of the Aeronautics Operational Excellence department, concentrates on areas such as Security, Loss & Prevention, Facility, and Crisis Management.
The position is located in Linköping.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead BCM infrastructure planning for the Tannefors facility
* Coordinate BCM work across Aeronautics facilities
* Identify needs and implement actions to reduce BCM-related risks
* Be requirements responsible for traffic issues at the Tannefors facility
* Support the Asset Management team on Facilities, Loss & Prevention, work environment, and safety issues
Your Profile
We are seeking someone who wants to shape and lead our BCM work for facility infrastructure. You are self-driven and have the ability to determine what is important within BCM and Crisis Management.
You thrive in a role where structure, collaboration, and long-term planning are crucial for achieving results. With strategic thinking and a practical approach, you contribute to both development and operational stability across our facilities.
Experience and Competence Requirements
* At least five years of relevant leadership experience (manager or project leader)
* Experience and interest in planning, risk management, and network work
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
* Experience in BCM, Security, or Loss & Prevention
Meritorious Competencies
* Self-driven, with experience creating structures that lead to results and continuous improvement
* Proven ability to lead and coordinate work through networks
* Experience developing plans, reports, and budget proposals
* Ability to balance business needs with regulatory compliance
* Experience in project management or similar roles
