**Job Description**
Do you want to become our new Land Lease Officer in the Lease and Land Lease Unit?
As a Land Lease Officer/Investigator, you will work with our land lease agreements and issues related to this type of usage right.
The role involves both practical problem-solving of real estate issues and investigative work. You will have contact with both individuals and business entities regarding land lease matters, as well as support colleagues within the administration with your knowledge of land lease grants. The work includes writing supplementary agreements, revising fees, collaborating with the administration's valuers, development engineers, and other officers, as well as conducting investigations.
The Lease and Land Lease Unit consists of 17 dedicated staff members characterized by community and a lack of pretense. We offer developing and stimulating tasks with great variety. The unit's work mainly focuses on different types of grants on the city's land.
Previous experience with land leases is not a requirement for the position as the difficulty level of assignments varies. There is a high level of competence within the unit, which means you will receive support in your inquiries and have the opportunity to develop in the role.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with a university degree in fields such as land surveying, public administration, or equivalent. Alternatively, significant experience as an officer within state or municipal operations, or from administrative work within the real estate industry. Knowledge of property law and practical contract management is considered an advantage. The role of investigator involves many points of contact, which requires you to be communicative and articulate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and to tailor your communication to the audience, target group, and situation.

**Conditions**
