**Information about the position**
The Army Staff is an independent organizational unit within the Armed Forces, where the Technical and Maintenance Office Land (TVK Mark) is part of the Armaments Department. TVK Mark oversees material maintenance, material utilization, and material maintenance economics within the Armed Forces, ensuring that materials are maintained in accordance with system objectives.
**About the position**
As a Regional Production Leader (RPL), you will work with units, schools, workshops, and TVK Mark regarding the technical service, aiming to inform, support, and guide primarily within technical service and material maintenance production. You are the local representative of TVK Mark, well-versed in the Armed Forces' material process, and driven by a desire to improve material planning, material distribution, and material maintenance, while being close to the execution. The main operational locations for Region North are Boden, Luleå, Umeå, Sollefteå, Östersund, and Arvidsjaur.
As a Regional Production Leader, you are expected to work with and develop the network required to create material availability. You have significant freedom to create and choose your working methods to maintain an overall situational awareness that you operate by to ensure availability for the Armed Forces' materials.
**Main responsibilities:**
- Follow-up, analysis, and management of material maintenance production and material maintenance flows, as well as suggesting developments.
- Share and gather information to/from garrisons, primarily through LBS meetings (Local Preparedness/Cooperation) and via the Logistics Units at the locations within Military Area North.
- Participate in central working groups.
- Collaborate with other TVK/TVA units in the Armed Forces.
- Support the development of routines/processes.
- Participate in unit follow-ups.
**Qualifications:**
- Professional officer with a technical (or logistical) profile.
- Technical education and experience with ground material within the Armed Forces.
- Education and experience within the Armed Forces' material maintenance process.
- Experience with the Armed Forces' support systems LIFT and PRIO (SAP).
- Proficient in expressing yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
**Meritorious:**
- Experience from a position within the Armed Forces' material maintenance organization.
- Experience from a central/regional staff, preferably within logistics and technical service.
- Knowledge of how the Armed Forces is governed regarding logistics, particularly technical service from HQ down to OrgE.
- Experience and knowledge of technical service within the Armed Forces' material reporting systems.

You, as the applicant, have good collaborative skills and are accustomed to managing many contact points. You are driven by building good relationships and are comfortable in the role of coordinator. You are proactive and action-oriented while being attentive, thoughtful, and responsible.
