We are looking for someone who wants to combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility and is passionate about building a modern, efficient, and business-oriented finance function. The group has production and headquarters in Borensberg, production units in the Czech Republic, Spain, Finland, and a distribution center in Germany, all with local finance functions. The group has a turnover of approximately 1,400 million SEK, employs around 400 people, and serves over 1,000 customers in more than 50 countries. Arla Plast was founded in 1969 and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. **About the Role** As CFO at Arla Plast, you will be a key member of the group management team and a driving force in the company's continued development. You will have overall responsibility for the group's financial strategy, governance, and reporting, playing a central role in creating growth and long-term value. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, the management team, and the board, where you will contribute financial analysis, business support, and strategic decision-making. At the headquarters in Borensberg, you will have a Group Accounting Manager in your team, who also has direct personnel responsibility for the employees within the local finance function. In the group's matrix organization, the finance managers at the production units have a functional reporting responsibility to you as CFO. Through close collaboration and the development of processes and working methods, you will guide the group towards unified, efficient, and future-oriented financial management. You will, among other things: • Develop and implement Arla Plast's financial strategy to support growth and profitability • Have overall responsibility for reporting, accounting, and follow-up according to IFRS • Lead and establish common financial working methods within the group companies • Participate and actively contribute to the group's strategic development work • Drive efficiency, change, and digitalization within finance – including the planned implementation of a new ERP system in 2026 • Ensure high quality in reporting, analysis, and decision-making materials for the CEO and board • Lead the financial integration process in connection with potential acquisitions • Plan, develop, and participate in capital market days and investor meetings The position is based in Borensberg, and regular travel is included in the role. **Who Are You?** You are an experienced and confident financial leader with a strong business focus and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational drive without missing the details. You have experience leading in an industrial environment and enjoy developing people, processes, and structures. We are looking for someone who has: • A relevant academic degree, likely in business administration or equivalent • Experience as CFO, business controller, or in a similar senior financial role within the industry • A good understanding of accounting and IFRS • Experience in financial reporting in companies with multiple production facilities • Experience in change and efficiency work, preferably within finance functions • Understanding of international financial regulations and markets • Experience from listed companies and acquisition processes is an advantage • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you are unpretentious, responsible, and committed.
