ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of Archivist, you will play a crucial role in the agency's information management, with the release of public documents as your primary task. You are expected to work independently to carry out organization and cataloging tasks, as well as inventorying the archive holdings, and to lead the practical work with deliveries and relocations of materials. This means you will have both internal and external contacts. An important part of the position is also to act as an expert in archive and document management, where you will investigate and implement the disposal of both analog and digital documents in accordance with national guidelines.
The position is a temporary role starting as soon as possible, tentatively until December 2026. As our assignment and work are in constant development, you need to be adaptable to change. RESPONSIBILITIES
As an archivist, you are responsible for the correct and efficient management of the agency's archives and public documents, from release and inventory to disposal and management of routines. You will act as an expert and also lead work with material deliveries.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a relevant higher education degree or other post-secondary education
- Previous experience working in archives
- Knowledge of public administration
- Good skills in the Office suite
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to handle changes
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience with the release of public documents
- Knowledge in cataloging and disposal issues
- Experience in record-keeping
- Familiarity with union matters
- Knowledge of General Regulations
