About us The Social Administration consists of the Child and Youth Unit, the Adult Unit, the Economy and Labor Market Unit, and the Staff Unit. The administration has a total of approximately 190 employees. The Staff Unit works on cross-administrative issues and currently consists of 8 employees with roles including controller, development leader, coordinator for work environment, premises, and safety issues, administrative controller, quality controller, business strategist, and alcohol and tobacco case handler. We are now expanding the team with an Archive and Data Protection Coordinator. What does the job entail? As the Archive Coordinator, you will have overall practical responsibility for the social administration's archives, primarily the social register. Your tasks will include sorting personal files, archive maintenance and disposal, as well as providing support and information to colleagues regarding archiving. The administration is preparing to implement an e-archive, where you will be a key person in driving this work forward. As the Data Protection Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the administration's systematic data protection efforts. This role involves significant collaboration with the city's central data protection officer and data protection coordinators in other administrations. You will inform, educate, and support the administration's units on issues related to archives, information management, and data protection. You will contribute to business development and recognize the opportunities of digitalization to create efficient working methods and improve operations. Who are we looking for? You have: - At least 2 years of experience in archive work within the public sector - Good knowledge of public access and confidentiality, as well as the laws and regulations governing archive management - Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: - A higher education degree in archive and/or information science - Experience working in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Experience implementing e-archives - Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation - Knowledge of the Social Services Act and other relevant laws for social services.
