Hoxter is now taking the next step and establishing itself in Sweden. We are therefore looking for an Area Sales Manager to launch the Swedish market.
In this role, you will be responsible for building Hoxter's presence in Sweden by establishing, developing, and nurturing relationships with fireplace installers and specialized retailers—the key players in the industry. You will work systematically and long-term to open the right doors, build trust, and demonstrate the quality that Hoxter represents. The Swedish market is characterized by long-term collaborations, and a central part of your mission will be to gradually build trust, establish relationships, and showcase the value of Hoxter's premium solutions. Your work will involve analyzing the market, identifying the right partners, and laying the foundation for a sustainable sales strategy in Sweden. This also includes actively reaching out to Swedish distributors with customer visits across the country, where you will present and position Hoxter's premium products in a competent and advisory manner. You will represent Hoxter with high credibility, professionalism, and technical understanding.
You will be part of an established European sales team and report to Hoxter's Sales Director. The role is independent and requires you to be comfortable working from a home office and taking responsibility for your planning. Travel will constitute about 50-60% of your working time. A thorough onboarding process will take place at the headquarters in the Czech Republic.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of strong sales results in the fireplace industry or a related field.
We believe you:
• Have approximately 10 years of experience in qualified sales.
• Are experienced in building businesses and market presence from an early stage.
• Are confident, personable, and capable of building trust—qualities that are crucial in relationships with specialized partners.
• Have a strong intrinsic drive, are proactive, and enjoy creating activities and business opportunities independently.
• Have analytical skills and can assess where Hoxter has the greatest potential in the market.
• Work systematically and use CRM as a natural support tool.
You express yourself well in Swedish and English and hold a valid driver's license (B). Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage.
