About the Position
Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common patient conditions include: reduced hand function, pain, neurology, cognitive impact, and mental health issues. The role involves prescribing assistive devices and housing adaptation certificates. A personalized rehabilitation plan is developed together with the patient.
Work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.
The position involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within the clinic and with external partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the ongoing development of the practice.
About You
You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is meritorious, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
We seek someone who is attentive, has excellent communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs when meeting diverse people. You can plan your work efficiently and systematically based on organizational goals. As workload varies and unexpected events may occur, we seek someone flexible and independent. Additional Information
This is a fixed-term position until December 2026, with potential extension.
Work-related travel is required. A driver's license (B) is mandatory.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
Recruitment Process
Selection occurs in two stages. The first selection is made by HR recruiters who invite candidates to phone interviews. The hiring manager then makes a second selection and invites candidates to an on-site interview.
We use competency-based interviews, requiring answers based on actual situations. Provide concrete examples, avoiding generalized responses to help us understand the situation, your actions, and the results.
