Focusing on quality of life and holistic approach, we offer personalized interventions. The Neuro Unit's most common diagnostic groups include stroke, brain injury, multi-trauma, or leg amputation. Our strength is working in interprofessional teams, where you and the patient participate alongside doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and nursing staff. WORK TASKS As an Occupational Therapist at the Rehabilitation Clinic, you will: • Map and assess the patient's previous and current activity performance in personal care, housing, work, and leisure • Relearn or learn new ways to perform tasks and activities • Compensate for reduced activity ability • Modify daily activities based on the patient's current situation Training is performed at the clinic, often in one of our fine training environments, including our garden, kitchen, computer room, or carpentry workshop. It can also take place in the patient's living environment and in the community. QUALIFICATIONS You should be a licensed Occupational Therapist. We appreciate an interest in rehabilitation. You are a responsible person who enjoys working in an interprofessional team where collaboration and shared learning are central. Your sensitivity to others' needs and conditions, combined with your ability to motivate and support individuals towards a better daily life, are crucial characteristics for the role. You have a solution-focused approach, ability to contribute ideas and solutions in development work. As our clinic is in a transition phase, it is important that you are comfortable with change, can adapt to changing circumstances, and contribute to a stable work environment.
