JOB DESCRIPTION
As one of our staff members is transitioning to another position, we are currently seeking an occupational therapist for municipal services in both special and regular housing. We offer you a meaningful and stimulating job alongside colleagues with extensive experience and broad knowledge. We work in teams, and all licensed personnel operate from shared facilities.
We take pride in having a Medication Administration Responsible (MAR) and a quality and education responsible employee in the municipality who both contribute to quality assurance and patient safety.
Personal skill development/training is viewed as a natural part of our ongoing quality work. The role involves assessments, training, testing of assistive devices, guidance for clients and staff, as well as other tasks relevant to the profession. Documentation is conducted in LifeCare.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed occupational therapist.
You work independently and make your own decisions, but you also have a strong ability to collaborate and pedagogically share knowledge and information.
You are committed, attentive, communicative, and have a good demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good computer skills.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
A driver’s license is required.
We conduct ongoing selections.
