Our operations cover patients in ordinary housing, special accommodations, LSS, and short-term care. As an occupational therapist with us, you'll play a central role in the team and have the opportunity to influence, develop, and shape the work based on your ideas and competence.

Job Responsibilities
As an occupational therapist with us, your mission is rehabilitation with the goal of preserving and developing a person's abilities, enabling participation, and creating the best possible conditions for independence in daily life. You'll work in a cross-professional team together with physiotherapists, nurses, care staff, social services administrators, and unit managers, where collaboration, respect, and job satisfaction are at the center.
Your tasks are varied and meaningful. You'll conduct activity assessments, prescribe aids, and inform patients about products and techniques that can facilitate daily life. By making comprehensive assessments, you'll identify potential activity limitations, review living environments, and suggest adaptations. You'll write certificates, provide advice, and offer support in both home and immediate environments, always with the individual's best interests in focus.
The work also involves assessing physical functions and mobility, developing individual training and treatment programs, and guiding patients, relatives, and staff. You'll document in the Cosmic journal system and contribute to developing the operations with your ideas and competence.
The goal of your work is to extend the period of an active and independent life for our care recipients, giving each individual the opportunity to live as rich and independent a life as possible based on their circumstances.
Qualifications
We're seeking a qualified occupational therapist with several years of practical experience.
It is meritorious if you have:
• Experience working with dementia and geriatrics
• Experience in municipal rehabilitation
• Worked with Cosmic
A B driver's license is required.
Personal Qualities
We're looking for someone who is independent, structured, and responsible, with a good ability to plan and prioritize. You should be easy to collaborate with in a team, attentive and clear in communication, and have a rehabilitation-oriented approach.
Since you'll be meeting people in many different life situations, it's important that you have an empathetic and professional approach and can adapt your communication to the individual and situation. You should express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Working Hours/Duration
The position is full-time and ongoing, with commencement by agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
