Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities include, among other things: - Activity and function assessments, investigations/training, advice and support regarding self-care - Prescription of assistive devices and information about products and technology - Cognitive assessments using Mindmore - Collaborating with other healthcare providers, guiding and supporting relatives and healthcare staff, as well as supervising students Documentation is carried out in the Take Care journal system.
