We are now launching a new rehabilitation service under the framework of the Region Stockholm's primary care rehabilitation agreement (LOV) and are looking for an experienced and dedicated occupational therapist who wants to be involved from the start.
About the position
You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside physiotherapists and a dietitian in brand new facilities equipped with the latest technology. The focus is on the core mission defined in Region Stockholm's contract for primary care rehabilitation – which means you will meet patients who need early, preventive, and coordinated rehabilitation efforts. The goal is to support patients in regaining or maintaining activity and functional ability based on their daily lives.
We are looking for you who:
- Are a licensed occupational therapist with at least 4 years of professional experience, a significant portion of which is in primary care rehabilitation
- Have good knowledge of activity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, and coordination of rehabilitation efforts
- Are accustomed to working from a person-centered and evidence-based approach
- Are confident in your profession and capable of independently planning, executing, and following up on interventions
- Have good digital competence and experience documenting in accordance with applicable legislation
- Thrive in a team, are curious, solution-focused, and eager to contribute to a developing organization
