About Us Järfälla Rehab is part of Rehab Northwest, offering primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna, Sundbyberg, Järfälla, Upplands Bro, and Märsta-Sigtuna under the Stockholm Region. Our unit in Järfälla employs 36 people across home rehabilitation and reception. We are located in pleasant facilities at Jakobsberg Hospital, within walking distance of Jakobsberg Station, approximately 15 minutes from Stockholm Odenplan. Our closest healthcare neighbors are Jakobsberg University Healthcare Center, responsible for research and development in primary care, and Academic Primary Care Center, which supports primary care research, education, and development work. What We Offer: - Stimulating and varied work with significant personal responsibility - A work environment characterized by collaboration, development, and job satisfaction - Mentorship introduction program with opportunities for skills development - Meaningful work where you see the results of your efforts every day - Flexible hours and generous wellness allowance - Free healthcare within primary care - A workplace that values work-life balance Your Responsibilities: As an occupational therapist with us, you will: - Work with patients of all ages and with varying diagnoses - Work at the clinic and in patients' homes - Conduct assessments of activity ability, work capacity, and cognitive impairment - Fit and provide assistive devices and information to patients, relatives, and staff - Hand rehabilitation - Work independently and in teams with other professionals - Conduct group treatments and individual interventions - Supervise students Qualifications: Requirements: - Licensed occupational therapist - Driver's license (B) - Ability to work independently and in teams Preferred: - Experience in hand rehabilitation - Experience in primary care, home rehabilitation, or inpatient care - Knowledge of Take Care journal system and order portal - Master's degree Personal Qualities: We are seeking someone who: - Has excellent interpersonal skills, is communicative, has good collaboration abilities, is responsible, takes initiative, and sees opportunities in changes - Is comfortable working in various home environments (including homes with pets and smoke) We place great importance on personal suitability and offer excellent opportunities for professional growth. Employment Type: Permanent full-time position, 40 hours/week, daytime. Probationary period may be applied. Additional Information: Stockholm Healthcare Area (SLSO) applies health certificates and background checks before employment. Piercing regulations apply to prevent MRSA spread.
