Occupational Therapist About Us: Mörby Habilitation Center (Mörby Adults) is a specialist outpatient clinic belonging to the Habilitation & Health organization. We offer services to individuals over 18 with congenital or early-onset functional disabilities that cause daily challenges, such as autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and/or mobility impairment. We work in interdisciplinary teams with social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. About the Position: Habilitation provides interventions both individually and in groups, physically at the clinic, digitally, by telephone, and when necessary in the patient's immediate environment or another suitable location. Work is conducted individually and in collaboration with team colleagues, relatives, or networks. The unit has 3 occupational therapists and a total of 19 employees. Your tasks will include mapping and assessing patients' abilities and needs, planning treatment interventions, implementing these interventions, and issuing certificates when required. Together with patients and their families, you will develop strategies and, if necessary, test, prescribe, and follow up on individually adapted assistive devices. Our patients often have complex needs requiring collaboration with healthcare neighbors, networks, municipal services, and other authorities.
