**Description** The Labor Market Unit is responsible for coordinating the municipality's labor market initiatives and is organized under the Committee for Children and Education. Through guiding, motivating, and activating measures, in collaboration with authorities and the business sector, we work to ensure that every individual has the opportunity for self-sufficiency. The Labor Market Unit has recently moved into newly renovated premises. **Responsibilities** We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who is motivated by seeing people develop! Tanum Municipality is recruiting an occupational therapist funded by the Coordination Association West. The position is directed towards the collaborating municipalities and is placed within the Labor Market Unit in Tanum Municipality. Travel with your own car to collaborating municipalities is included. The focus of the position is on work-oriented rehabilitation and working collaboratively with other professionals within the collaborating municipalities to coordinate, implement, and document work capacity assessments. The role also includes contributing to local knowledge development regarding work capacity assessments and the subsequent feedback/guidance work. **Qualifications and Personal Attributes** We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist with competence and experience in using occupational therapy tools such as MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP. You should have good knowledge of the labor market and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you need to be structured and driven in your own work, and in relation to collaborating municipalities, you should be attentive and cooperative. Access to a personal car and a valid driver's license (B) is required.
