We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who is motivated by seeing people develop! Your work will be performed within the "Steps to Employment" service, where a group of participants receives practical guidance and labor market knowledge through both individual conversations and group activities. This is a meaningful and varied role where you can truly make a difference in people's lives.
Your Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate and conduct work capacity assessments
• Guide participants towards a suitable career path and help them find appropriate work trials/workplaces
• Handle administrative work related to the assignment
• Contribute to the development of operations and methods
• Create a positive experience for participants and contribute to well-being and motivation
We Are Seeking Someone Who
• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has competence in working with occupational therapy instruments: MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP
• Has good labor market knowledge and local understanding
• Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Is structured, attentive, and goal-oriented
