As an occupational therapist, you are a central part of this initiative and a participant in an exciting transformation process to meet the needs of our patients. The work is carried out in close collaboration with dedicated physiotherapists, care coordinators, nurses, nursing staff, and unit managers. RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for interventions with the usual tasks of an occupational therapist in accordance with the Municipal primary care assignment. Guidance and training for patients and staff are included. As part of the rehabilitation team, you will also be part of a work group consisting of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You will have me, Ingela Löfberg, as your immediate supervisor, as well as the Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), Annica Edlund, available for advice, support, and assistance. QUALIFICATIONS · Licensed occupational therapist · Driver's license, Class B You are unpretentious and have a friendly and respectful demeanor towards patients, relatives, and colleagues. You are a helpful colleague who contributes your knowledge and can inspire others. Your working style is structured; you see the bigger picture and prioritize and make decisions accordingly. You work well independently but also recognize the value of collaborating in certain areas for the best results.
