About Nära Vård - Mobile Rehab Team
We conduct successful rehabilitation in special housing facilities throughout Stockholm. We are a dedicated and skilled rehab team consisting of a total of 40 members.
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist for a 60% position for a fixed-term employment of 13 weeks, starting from January 12, 2026, until April 12, 2026. The assignment is for 60% (3 days per week) with the possibility to choose your working days. There is a great chance for continued assignments, both short and long-term, within the team.
**Job Description**
In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
You will work on a fixed schedule alongside an experienced and competent physiotherapist colleague at the elderly care facility Nilstorpsgården in Lidingö. You will have access to a large and wonderful rehab team of approximately 40 people for consultation.
The mobile team is continuously engaged in development work, and we expect you to find it exciting to innovate and enjoy testing new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is constantly evolving.
You should thrive in a flexible and challenging work environment and work as part of a team in close collaboration with rehab teams and nursing assistants.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical issues and are motivated to organize care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.
**Requirements**
- Licensed occupational therapist
- B driver's license
- Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
**Meritorious**
- Experience working in special housing for the elderly (SÄBO) and/or geriatrics
- Master's degree (not a requirement)

**About the Recruitment Process**
