Additionally, you view collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you carry out with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the organization's goals. Given that the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we expect you to be flexible and independent. You place great importance on providing a good reception and always strive to treat customers, patients, and colleagues with respect and care. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. We look forward to receiving your application! About the recruitment process Selection will take place in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who will invite candidates for a phone interview. The recruiting manager will then make a second selection from the applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic. We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
