About the Job
Your responsibilities include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurological issues, cognitive impairments, and mental health concerns. The role also involves prescribing assistive devices and certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan will be developed.
The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. We also collaborate with healthcare centers, and on certain days, we meet our patients on-site at these centers. Treatment is provided both individually and in groups.
The role involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.
About You
You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the field and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.
If you have supervisor training and/or knowledge of the ReDO method, that is also a merit.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has strong communication skills, and can identify the unique needs of individuals as you meet many different people. Additionally, you view collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you carry out with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the goals of the organization. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we expect you to be flexible and independent.
You place great importance on providing a good reception and always strive to treat customers, patients, and colleagues with respect and care. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other Information
Travel may be required for the position. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Welcome with your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who will invite candidates for a phone interview. The recruiting manager will then make a second selection from the applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers—this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
