You can reach us by bus from central Gothenburg in about 30 minutes. Our team consists of around 20 employees in professional categories including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, administrative staff, unit managers, and team coordinators. Common conditions you will encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurological issues, cognitive impairments, and mental health concerns. The role also involves prescribing assistive devices and certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan will be developed. The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. We also collaborate with healthcare centers, and on certain days, we meet our patients on-site at these centers. Treatment is provided both individually and in groups. The role involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the field and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates. If you have supervisor training and/or knowledge of the ReDO method, that is also a merit. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has strong communication skills, and can identify the unique needs of individuals as you meet many different people. Additionally, you view collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you carry out with commitment and professionalism. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we expect you to be flexible and independent.
