Lessebo Municipality should be an attractive and safe place to live for all residents. **JOB DESCRIPTION** In the rehabilitation unit of the healthcare sector in Lessebo Municipality, we have a strong sense of community and joy at work. We operate from Lessebo, where our assistive device storage is also located. Lessebo is a smaller municipality geographically, which means we do not need to spend much time on car travel. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have a practical role with varied tasks, and with limited resources, we facilitate everyday life. You will work closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, assistive technology technicians, nurses, care staff, caseworkers, and unit managers. We focus on support for activities and training in the home environment based on individual circumstances and needs. Our approach is based on a rehabilitative perspective. The work includes training, assessments, assistive device evaluations, guidance, and teamwork. We primarily work in regular and special housing. We document in Cambio Cosmic, Cambio Viva, and use the digital signing tool Appva. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for an Occupational Therapist, preferably with experience in the field or a recent graduate. If you are a recent graduate, we have experienced colleagues who will provide support. We see that you are flexible, positive, and independent, with good collaboration skills and a proactive attitude. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
