Description We are looking for a full-time occupational therapist for our rehabilitation services. With us, you will have an exciting and varied job in close collaboration with other professional groups. Our care and support encompass home care, home health care, LSS, and special housing. In our rehab team, both occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants work together. We believe in the power of teamwork and support each other in our daily tasks. Together, we make the impossible possible in person-centered rehabilitation. Responsibilities - Conduct activity and functional assessments. - Be responsible for rehabilitation measures, prescription of assistive devices, and follow-up of interventions. - Work in a team with other professionals to provide preventive and health-promoting measures. - Document in the VIVA journal system and use systems such as Lifecare, Websesam, and Appva. - Guide, instruct, and educate relatives and care staff in daily work. - Train care staff in moving techniques together with the rehab team. Qualifications - Licensed occupational therapist. - B driver's license. - Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Good computer skills and documentation habits. - You have a positive attitude and are adaptable. - You enjoy working independently and in a team. - You have the ability to plan and organize your work. Meritorious - Experience in similar roles. Conditions Working hours are during the daytime. A flexible working hours agreement applies to this position. Personal suitability is emphasized.
