Are you a qualified occupational health engineer and looking to work on assignments in organizations that recognize the value of proactive and systematic work with occupational health? Falck is currently seeking an Occupational Health Engineer to support our clients in Skåne.
As an occupational health engineer at Falck Health and Working Life, you will leverage your specialist knowledge to provide a comprehensive perspective on occupational health matters, emphasizing the physical work environment. You will play a crucial role in creating value and outcomes for our clients. You will actively support our client companies in developing their operations regarding occupational health issues and highlight systematic work with occupational health as an effective management tool. You will be part of a National Network of Occupational Health Engineers within Falck.
Together with other professionals at Falck, such as occupational nurses, company doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists/ergonomists, and others, you will engage in a consultative and proactive dialogue with clients, proposing interventions from both yourself and other professions, guiding clients on what actions should be taken and suggesting how to implement them for maximum effectiveness. Our clients span a variety of industries; both private and public sectors, large and small organizations, providing an exciting diversity in your work.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting client companies in meeting regulatory requirements, laws and regulations, and systematic occupational health work.
• Conducting risk assessments and occupational hygiene measurements/investigations in areas such as noise, lighting, indoor climate, vibrations, chemicals, and electromagnetic fields.
• Evaluating results, writing reports, and developing action proposals in collaboration with clients.
• Client contacts, training sessions, and advisory services.
We are looking for candidates who have:
• A degree in occupational health engineering, a university education focusing on occupational health, or equivalent relevant qualifications.
• Technical competence to investigate and analyze the physical work environment through, for example, occupational hygiene measurements, evaluate proposed solutions, or assist with suggestions for actions.
• Strong IT skills and experience and interest in delivering digital solutions such as Teams.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in conducting training on occupational health topics for larger groups, both in Swedish and English (desirable).

Other information:
This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date to be agreed upon. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
The role can be based at one of our locations in Lund, Malmö, Ystad, Kristianstad, or Helsingborg but will cover the whole of Skåne, which requires travel as needed between Falck's units and to our clients. Therefore, you need a driving license and preferably access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.
